Ruff is an Atlanta-based pup, educator, and community builder with more than two decades of lived experience in kink, leather, and pup play. A former Rocky Mountain Leather Sir (2012), he carries a deep respect for leather history, protocol, and tradition while also embracing the ways kink continues to evolve toward more intentional, consent-forward, and emotionally aware connections.

His approach lives in the space between those worlds. It is not about choosing old guard or new. It is about honoring both and creating something that feels human, accessible, and real.

Over the years, Ruff has become known for bridging spaces within kink communities. This includes leather and pup culture, experienced players and newcomers, and structure alongside playfulness. His pupsona is often described as a “chaos corgi”. Curious, energetic, a little mischievous, and deeply loyal to the pack that helped him rediscover himself.

As a beta pup to his Alpha, Kuma, Ruff’s identity is shaped by service, curiosity, and emotional presence. For him, submission is not about shrinking or disappearing. It is about showing up with intention, listening deeply, offering support, and staying open to growth.

Education and mentorship sit at the heart of Ruff’s work. He regularly teaches workshops and discussions focused on gear care, pup culture, rope fundamentals, and responsible play. His teaching style is intentionally approachable and grounded in lived experience rather than gatekeeping.

One of his core philosophies is that caring for our gear, our bodies, and each other is an act of respect. What may seem simple becomes a gateway into deeper conversations about responsibility, consent, and the care we bring into shared spaces.
